Kelly has just recently joined Keller Williams Bellevue with nearly six years of real estate experience. During this time Kelly has successfully assisted and closed on multi-family, commercial and investment properties, land development, 1031 Exchange, and single-family home sales.

Her prior 15-year career in commercial banking renders Kelly that insider view on the key ingredients to creating a successful build. Kelly is well-versed in contracting land development purchases, procuring funding, meeting critical deadlines, and finally preparing those properties for showing.
